This Transcript of Results is printed on Teesside University parchment paper.

The transcript is only available on course completion and lists all successfully completed modules, showing marks and grades.

Your Diploma Supplement and Record of Progress is available to download via e-Vision. 

Please note: transcripts requested for awards dated pre 2000 may not be available, if they are available then there is an additional charge see item Academic Transcripts – prior to year 2000.

Royal Mail = Posted via standard Royal Mail service

The School of Health & Life Sciences transcript pack will provide an Academic Achievement transcripts and course information which is required for application to agencies overseas (CORU, AHPRA etc.). These will include:

• Transcript of academic achievement showing marks, credits and modules studied
• Portfolio of Module descriptions including study hours, outcomes and module description
• Placement, clinical hours (Nursing and Midwifery only)
• Confirmation of 1000 hours of supervised clinical practice (Allied professions only)

**Please note that transcript packs can only be provided for programmes within six years of the completion date**

Processing
We will aim to process your request within 4 weeks from receipt of the initial request.

First transcript the price is £10 (add one to basket only) and additional transcripts add the required number using the additional option.  Note: one £10 transcript must be added to basket before adding additional ones e.g. if you require three transcripts add one at £10 and then two additional at £5 each total would then be £20.
