The School of Health & Life Sciences transcript pack will provide an Academic Achievement transcripts and course information which is required for application to agencies overseas (CORU, AHPRA etc.). These will include:

• Transcript of academic achievement showing marks, credits and modules studied
• Portfolio of Module descriptions including study hours, outcomes and module description
• Placement, clinical hours (Nursing and Midwifery only)
• Confirmation of 1000 hours of supervised clinical practice (Allied professions only)

**Please note that transcript packs can only be provided for programmes within six years of the completion date**

Processing
We will aim to process your request within 4 weeks from receipt of the initial request.

First transcript the price is £10 (add one to basket only) and additional transcripts add the required number using the additional option.  Note: one £10 transcript must be added to basket before adding additional ones e.g. if you require three transcripts add one at £10 and then two additional at £5 each total would then be £20.

These modular descriptors are provided in electronic PDF format only, they are not printed on parchment and have a plain background with text only. This will be provided as a single PDF only file via email.

A module descriptor is a concise academic document that outlines the content, learning outcomes, teaching methods, and assessment criteria for a specific university course and provide detailed information about a courses programme content and to underpin a detailed understanding of the curriculum for the course studied.

Standard elements typically found in a module descriptor include:

• Basic Information: Module code, credit weight, academic level (e.g., undergraduate or postgraduate), and the module coordinator.
• Aims and Content: A brief description of the topics covered and the overarching goals of the module.
• Learning Outcomes: Measurable skills or knowledge you will acquire by the end of the course.
• Teaching Methods: The breakdown of learning hours, such as lectures, seminars, laboratory work, and independent study.
• Assessments: How you will be graded (e.g., exams, coursework, group projects, or presentations).
