Teesside University use the file sharing facility Quantrix (www.quantrix.it) to send your form and verified documents electronically through to WES.

Please note: You can share your Diploma Supplement directly with WES and may not need to purchase this package.

- Certificate (if required)

In order to process your order we must have an Academic Records Request Form with your WES reference number and a scanned copy of your original transcript and original degree certificate (as required as part of your WES package). If you are not in possession of your transcript or certificate please purchase these separately on the online shop.

This Transcript of Results is provided in electronic PDF format only, it is not printed on parchment and has a plain background with text only. This will be provided as a pdf only via email.

The transcript is only available on course completion and lists all successfully completed modules, showing marks and grades.
