Transcript requests for overseas application

Transcript packs can only be provided for programmes within six years of the completion date.

The School of Health & Life Sciences will provide Academic Achievement transcripts and course information which is required for application to agencies overseas. These will include:

Transcript of academic achievement showing marks, credits and modules studied

Portfolio of Module descriptions including study hours, outcomes and module description

Placement, clinical hours (Nursing and Midwifery only)

Confirmation of 1000 hours of supervised clinical practice (Allied professions only)

Transcripts within six years of the programme completion date can only be considered. Anything prior to this is not available. Please note that due to the volume of requests forms cannot be completed on your behalf but you may transcribe the information into the pack onto the form yourself.

Detailed Description

Please note the School of Health and Life Sciences transcript pack is provided as a comprehensive digital file which is verified by the University and is sent to you via email and to third parties upon request

Transcripts within six years of the programme completion date can only be considered.  Anything prior to this is not available except for confirmation of study.

We aim to process all electronic document (PDF) requests within 2 weeks from receipt of the initial request
