NCTJ E-Portfolio will be due:

Date: 16th May 2025 ​

This e-portfolio is for current level 6 students who have engaged with NCTJ and are due to complete in May 2025. The e-portfolio will involve collating coursework to evidence the requirements listed by NCTJ. Details relating to this can be obtained from your Course Leader.

Registration for the examination has a deadline of: 

31st January 2026 at 12:00 noon 

Please note that your first attempt at the e-portfolio will be funded by the School of Arts and Creative Industries, and you should select the free option when registering.

All subsequent attempts will be charged at the NCTJ current rate. Please ensure you select the correct option when registering for exams. Should you select the free option but have already used your funded place you will not be registered and will be unable to be registered for this.

No students will be automatically registered for the e-portfolio unless they complete this registration process and pay the fee if required.

The NCTJ Shorthand (60 words per minute) first examination will be held:

Date: 06/02/2025

Time: 11:30

Please note this exam will be held online in accordance with NCTJ remote exam requirements. Details relating to this can be obtained from your Course Leader and should be available via Blackboard.
