This Transcript of Results is printed on Teesside University parchment paper.

The transcript is only available on course completion and lists all successfully completed modules, showing marks and grades.

Your Diploma Supplement and Record of Progress is available to download via e-Vision. 

Please note: transcripts requested for awards dated pre 2000 may not be available, if they are available then there is an additional charge see item Academic Transcripts – prior to year 2000.

Processing: All orders for graduation collection must be received at least 2 full working days before your ceremony to guarantee it will be ready for collection. If you are ordering on your ceremony day, orders must be placed before 2pm for same day collection, if you are ordering after 2pm for same day collection please go to the SLB online shop collection desk (near reception) to check with staff if this will be possible.  If it is after this we cannot guarantee it will be ready for collection but we will endeavour to fulfil your request as soon as we can or offer a full refund.

First transcript the price is £10 (add one to basket only) and additional transcripts add the required number using the additional option.  Note: one £10 transcript must be added to basket before adding additional ones e.g. if you require three transcripts add one at £10 and then two additional at £5 each total would then be £20.

The diploma supplement is a 5 or 6 page document which includes a full academic transcript and is sealed with the Teesside University embossed seal. This internationally recognised document provides more details of the qualification achieved and is in an agreed European format. The diploma supplement also includes a description of the nature, level, context and status of the studies you have successfully completed.

Please note diploma supplements can only be produced:-
• for awards made from 2007 onwards
• if you have achieved your intended award
• if your intended award is at least 120 credits.

We can also at request provide module descriptors for your course, please state on the “additional information” section that you would like these as well as your Diploma Supplement.
