Opening hours may often change on Campus however there will always be somewhere open on Campus 8am-3pm. Instagram: @teessideuni.food for up to date opening times.
Seating during busy times for food and drinks may be at full capacity however take out service will always be made available.
Dietary requirements and allergies: All outlets have dietary information for food and drinks offered please note that you are to always inform your server of your dietary requirements.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR PARENTS, GUARDIANS & SUPPORTERS
Student Accounts are protected by Data Protection Regulations so we are unable to discuss any active student accounts with anyone other than the Student Account Holder using their University Student Email or in person with their Campus Card. This is regardless of the person who paid for the Meal Plan or intends to pay. We understand this can be incredibly frustrating for Parents and Guardians and highly recommend you encourage your student to contact Catering directly on [email protected]. We can of course answer general questions around food offerings and dietary requirements.
REFUNDS
Refunds will not be issued for days you have missed due to reasons outside of the University Catering departments control such as timetabling schedule changes, the requirement to work or study from home, annual leave, holidays, or sickness.
Exceptional Circumstances. In the event of serious injury or illness, withdrawing from University, or other exceptional circumstances, a pro-rata refund may be given at the sole discretion of the University.
In the event of University closure due to unforeseen circumstances or extreme weather a refund can be issued to your TUSC card upon your request.
University’s Right to Cancel. We will treat you with respect, courtesy, and kindness, and you are required to do the same. Should we feel we are unable to provide our usual service and communicate well or offer an adequate offering based on requirements we will offer a pro-rata refund.
