Using real examples from local clubs, we explore:
✅ How to answer FAQs before they’re asked (kit, payment, age groups, standards)
✅ Making facilities easy to navigate (parking, entrances, changing areas)
✅ Introducing key volunteers and Welfare Officers visibly
✅ Creating clear communication channels for parents and members
✅ Ensuring someone is responsible for greeting and supporting new joiners
✅ Being honest about who you are and who your sessions are for
